Incorporated in 1906 the City of Holly Spring quickly began building up around a busy train depot, which is now the Holly Springs Community Center. The Center, restored by the City in the late 1990’s  is a source of immense civic pride for local residents. Holly Springs organizes events such as the annual Easter Egg Hunt, the Great American Cleanup, 5K & Fun Run, Founder’s Day events, the Waterway Cleanup, Autumn Fest, and the Christmas Parade.

Holly Springs home owners enjoy streets are lined with great magnificent hardwood trees, which frame an eclectic mix of styles of homes for singles, active adult and single-family homes, all existing side-by-side in small communities.
